As Jilly and I were watching Horizon this evening, I was absent-mindedly exploring my navel when a peculiar sensation came over me. Eventually, I put my finger on it (quite literally!); it suddenly struck that I was unable to stick my finger as far into my navel as I could the last time I...er...absent-mindedly explored it!
