I've been really positive about my attempts to lose weight and get in shape this week (even going so far as to do my cardio-vascular exercises two days on the trot), but somehow, I only appear to have lost 400 g; that's less than 1 lb (and, incidentally, I also appear to have grown half an inch, making my bloody BMI even worse!).
Positive as ever, Jobley has reminded me that even my < 1 lb loss represents the equivalent of my weekly target.
